En este artículo se analiza la dimensión temática del mito del Minotauro de acuerdo con sus rasgos más visibles a partir de material mítico de la Antigüedad griega en “Hombre con minotauro en el pecho”, un cuento de Enrique Serna, con la finalidad de establecer algunas de las relaciones complejas entre el punto de partida del mito y la recepción en el relato del escritor mexicano, esto es, las mediaciones que existen entre ambos espacios literarios, el griego antiguo y el mexicano del presente en el marco de la Tradición clásica.

In this article, the thematic dimension of the myth of the Minotaur is analyzed according to its most visible features based on mythical material from Greek Antiquity in “Man with a Minotaur on his Chest”, a story by Enrique Serna, with the aim of establishing some of the complex relationships between the starting point of the myth and its reception in the story of the Mexican writer, that is, the mediations that exist between both literary spaces, ancient Greek and present-day Mexican within the framework of the Classical Tradition.

Dans cet article, la dimension thématique du mythe du Minotaure est analysée selon ses traits les plus visibles à partir du matériel mythique de l'Antiquité grecque dans « L'Homme avec un Minotaure sur la poitrine », un récit d'Enrique Serna, dans le but d'établir certaines des relations complexes entre le point de départ du mythe et sa réception dans l'histoire de l'écrivain mexicain, c'est-à-dire les médiations qui existent entre les deux espaces littéraires, grec ancien et mexicain actuel, dans le cadre de la tradition classique.
