Resumen de Percepción de las familias relocalizadas en el conjunto habitacional arroyo porá sobre los impactos de la represa yacyreta

  La Represa de la Entidad Binacional Yacyretá produjo impactos importantes en las áreas de afectación del embalse. El trabajo de investigación se realizó en el Conjunto Habitacional de Arroyo Porá, con una población de 1194 familias ya trasladadas y relocalizadas. Para ello se realizaron encuestas (muestreo de 5%), grupos focales y entrevistas sobre efectos sociales, económicos y ambientales que causó la represa en las familias, según su propia percepción como relocalizados. Se utilizó el análisis estadistico y la triangulación para procesar la información. Los resultados indican que los impactos más relevantes en el nuevo medio son: ruptura del tejido familiar extensivo y vecinal, cambios en la conducta familiar, sensación de inseguridad, reclamo en atención de salud, educación y trabajo, dificil acceso a los recursos naturales, distancia al centro urbano, una gran frustración al comparar la situación anterior con la actual.

  The Yacyreta Binational Entity dam has produced a series of important impacts in the areas of affectation of the dam. This investigation study was made in the Residential Complex Arroyo Pork, with a population of 1194 families already transferred and relocated. Surveys were realized (on sampling of 5%), focal groups and interviews about social aspects, economic and environmental caused by the dam to the families, according their own perception as relocated families The data obtained through the works of field were processed resorting to statistic techniques and triangulation. The results obtained show that relevant impacts in the new environment are: the serious rupture of the widespread family and neighbor network, the changes of conduct in the family, the insecurity sensation, the permanent claim of attention for health, education and employment, the difficult access to the natural resources, the distance to the urban center, and the great frustration showed by the settlers comparing the present situation with the previous habitat.
