Resumen de Análisis de la relación entre el uso del cubrebocas y el miedo al contagio en el ámbito educativo a través del modelo estructural PLS

  Una vez que la OMS (Organización Mundial de la Salud) determinó que si se trataba de una pandemia las recomendaciones para evitar la propagación del virus en la población fueron: mantener una distancia mínima de un metro en situaciones donde tenga que socializar con otra persona, uso obligatorio del cubrebocas en lugares públicos, áreas de trabajo, transporte, etc. , las instituciones educativas, se han visto obligadas a cambiar sus formas de organización y funcionamiento para poder cumplir sus funciones. Las escuelas y las/os docentes han realizado proezas y gran esfuerzo para seguir educando con la medida del uso de cubrebocas para el regreso a clases. Esta investigación propone un modelo con las dimensiones, uso correcto, miedo al contagio, intención de compra en una relación con uso continuo del cubrebocas por parte de los docentes, quienes por el tipo de laboral pasan en constante relación con sus estudiantes. Se utilizó el sistema de ecuaciones estructurales PLS SEM, para el modelo propuesto se realizó el análisis con el software SmartPLS 4. La variable miedo al contagio resulto ser la más significativa respecto al resultado del uso continuo del cubrebocas en las aulas. Los resultados obtenidos confirman que el uso continuo del cubrebocas por parte de los docentes es necesario para evitar el contagio del COVID 19 en las aulas.

  Once the WHO (World Health Organization) determined that if it was a pandemic, the recommendations to avoid the spread of the virus in the population were: keep a minimum distance of one meter in situations where you have to socialize with another person, mandatory use of masks in public places, work areas, transportation, etc. In addition, educational institutions have been forced to change their forms of organization and operation in order to be able to fulfill their functions. Schools and teachers have made great efforts to continue educating with the measure of the use of mouthguards for the return to school. This research proposes a model with the dimensions, correct use, fear of contagion, and purchase intention in a relationship with the continuous use of mouthguards by teachers, who due to their type of work are in constant contact with their students. The structural equation system PLS SEM was used, and the proposed model was analyzed with the software SmartPLS 4. The variable fear of contagion turned out to be the most significant with respect to the result of the continuous use of mouthguards in the classroom. The results obtained confirm that the continuous use of mouth masks by teachers is necessary to prevent the spread of COVID 19 in the classroom.
