    Paciente que acude a la consulta de enfermería sensación debilidad generalizada desde hace 5 meses. Es hipertensa y fuma un paquete y medio de tabaco diario.

    Actualmente y desde hace 3 años está tratada con antidepresivos.

    Diagnóstico principal: hipertensión arterial y tratamiento actual con antidepresivos.

    Examen físico: Afebril (35,5ºC), Frecuencia Cardíaca: 63 ppm, presión arterial: 150/10 mm de Hg. (Con tratamiento), Frecuencia respiratoria: 14 rpm, peso: 79 Kg, altura: 1.69 m.

    Patient who comes to the nursing consultation feeling generalized weakness for 5 months. She is hypertensive and smokes a pack and a half of tobacco a day.

    She has been currently on antidepressants for the past 3 years.

    Main diagnosis: high blood pressure and current treatment with antidepressants.

    Physical examination: Afebrile (35.5ºC), Heart Rate: 63 bpm, Blood Pressure: 150/10 mm Hg. (With treatment), Respiratory rate: 14 rpm, weight: 79 Kg, height: 1.69 m.
