Paciente con un estilo de vida sedentario que en la actualidad sufre obesidad, lo cual le provoca ansiedad. Además, es hipertensa y fuma y bebe alcohol de forma habitual en su día a día. Desea perder peso para solucionar sus problemas de salud y la ansiedad que estos le provocan.
Diagnóstico principal: obesidad y ansiedad. Examen físico: peso: 102 kg, talla: 150 cm, IMC: 45,33 kg/ m2, frecuencia cardíaca: 75 latidos/minuto, frecuencia respiratoria: 18 respiraciones/minuto, presión arterial: 147/70 mmHg y temperatura: 36,2 ºC.
