  En la presente investigación se aborda la capacitación para el desarrollo de la habilidad diagnóstico desde la especialidad de Oftalmología para diagnosticar la presencia de sus manifestaciones en algunas patologías sistémicas, importantes problemáticas en la actualidad. Se ofrece como objetivo una metodología de capacitación al especialista en Medicina General Integral para el desarrollo de la habilidad diagnóstico de las manifestaciones oftalmológicas presentes en enfermedades sistémicas. Se consideran los fundamentos que desde el punto de vista clínico-epidemiológico; psicopedagógicos y didácticos sirven de sustento teórico-metodológico, a la vez que se ofrecen las etapas, acciones e instrumentación metodológica para cada una de ellas.

  In the present investigation, it approaches the training for the development of the ability diagnosis from the specialty of Ophthalmology to diagnose the presence of their manifestations at the present time in some problematic systemic, important pathology. The offers as general objective a training methodology to the specialist in Integral General Medicine for the development of the diagnostic ability of the manifestations present ophthalmology manifestations in systemic illnesses. They are considered the foundations that from the clinical-epidemic point of view; psychocopedagogical and didactic they serve as theoretical-methodological sustenance, at the same time that they offer the stages, actions and methodological instrumentation for each one of them.
