    La ponencia la abordamos teniendo en cuenta la evolución del derecho real de anticresis en su concepción inicial, la recepción en el código civil y las modificaciones producidas en el reciente código civil y comercial; tratando las cuestiones referidas a: objeto de la anticresis; la llamada anticresis compensatoria o de riesgo; la cuestión atinente al privilegio en el Código Civil y La ley de Concursos y su armonización; el derecho de retención en la anticresis; los gastos útiles; la denominada anticresis tacita y los plazos de la anticresis.

    We approach the presentation taking into account the evolution of the real right of antichresis in its initial conception, its reception in the civil code and the modifications produced in the recent civil and commercial code; dealing with the issues related to: object of antichresis; the so-called compensatory or risk antichresis; the issue regarding privilege in the Civil Code and the Bankruptcy Law and its harmonization; the right of retention in antichresis; useful expenses; the so-called tacit antichresis and the terms of antichresis.
