Resumen de Disolución de la Asamblea Nacional como un mecanismo absolutorio en el juicio político

  El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente la disolución de la Asamblea Nacional como un mecanismo absolutorio en el juicio político. La presente investigación utilizó el método cuantitativo el cual produce datos descriptivos, que se originan por la recolección de datos. Apoyado en la revisión documental-bibliográfica. Además, se empleó el método inductivo-deductivo. Se planteó además el método analítico-sintético. La técnica utilizada para recabar información sobre el problema descrito fue la encuesta. Se concluye que, es evidente el vacío legal que existe, el as bajo la manga, el salvavidas o como prefieran llamarlo; para que el presidente del momento pueda librarse de ser juzgado por un hecho punible. Y esto ha sido posible porque nuestra norma suprema lo permite. Es la primera vez que se aplica y por ende su proceso y posteriormente sus efectos tendrán sus falencias.

  The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the dissolution of the National Assembly as an acquittal mechanism in impeachment proceedings. This research used the quantitative method, which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. Supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was used. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. The technique used to collect information on the problem described was the survey. The conclusion is that there is clearly a legal vacuum, an ace up the sleeve, a lifeline or whatever you prefer to call it, so that the president of the moment can escape prosecution for a punishable act. And this has been possible because our supreme law allows it. It is the first time it has been applied and therefore its process and subsequent effects will have their shortcomings.
