    Este trabalho busca acompanhar a relação entre mulheres migrantes com o sistema de justiça. Utilizando-se da genealogia como aporte teórico/metodológico, a pesquisa busca contribuir para o debate sobre a judicialização como estratégia de reconhecimento em espaços transfronteiriços. Foram analisados acórdãos judiciais do Tribunal de Justiça de Roraima, datados do período entre 2015 a 2023. A análise aponta para proveniência e a emergência do dispositivo “migrante” e ao mesmo tempo, a obliteração de alguns marcadores sociais da diferença. A produção da justiça e o fluxo institucional presente nos acórdãos analisados permite afirmar que o sistema de justiça ocupa, também, função de inteligibilidade social e de reconhecimento criminalizado para estas mulheres

    This work seeks to trace the relationship between migrant women and the justice system. Using genealogy as a theoretical/methodological framework, the research aims to contribute to the debate on judicialization as a strategy for recognition in transborder spaces. Judicial decisions from the Court of Justice of Roraima, dated from the period between 2015 to 2023, were analyzed. The analysis points to the origin and emergence of the "migrant" device and, at the same time, the obliteration of certain social markers of difference. The production of justice and the institutional flow present in the analyzed judgments allow us to assert that the justice system also serves a function of social intelligibility and criminalized recognition for these women.
