    El cambio de legislación educativa realizado en Argentina en 2006, no significó solamente el cambio de la Ley Federal de Educación Nº 24.195 por la Ley de Educación Nacional Nº 26.206, sino que implicó además una revisión y reformulación de los que antes fueran llamados “los CBC” (los Contenidos Básicos Comunes) por “los NAP” (los Núcleos de Aprendizaje Prioritario). En el presente trabajo realizaremos un análisis del Diseño Curricular de la provincia de Santa Fe para el espacio curricular de Formación Ética y Ciudadana, documento que se deriva del nacional. Intentaremos reconstruir la idea de ciudadanía sustentada en el Diseño Curricular, así como también identificar algunos posicionamientos en relación a las corrientes de enseñanza de la FEyC que se han desarrollado en nuestro país. Será motivo de un futuro trabajo profundizar el análisis mediante la comparación con el documento equivalente derivado de los CBC de la Ley Federal.

    The change of educational legislation in Argentina in 2006, not only meant the change of the Federal Law of Education Nº 24.195 for the National Education Law Nº 26.206, but also implied a revision and reformulation of what were previously called "the CBC" (the Common Basic Contents) for "the NAP" (the Priority Learning Nuclei). In this paper we will analyze the Curricular Design of the province of Santa Fe for the curricular subject of Ethics and Citizen Education (ECE), a document derived from the national one. We will try to reconstruct the idea of citizenship supported by the Curricular Design, as well as to identify some stances regarding the approaches to teaching ECE that have been developed in Argentina. It will be a future task to deepen the analysis by comparing it with the equivalent document derived from the CBC of the Federal Law.
