La evolución de la teoría de la constitución desde la Carta Magna de 1915 hasta la Constitución mexicana de 1917, pasando por la creación de la Unión Europea y la supranacionalidad, nos enseñan el constitucionalismo liberal y el constitucionalismo social, todo ello producto de intensas luchas en busca de libertad, bienestar general y de conquistar derechos individuales y sociales. Esta tecnología jurídica junto con la invención y uso tecnológico reciente de la Inteligencia Artificial, el nuevo fuego de la humanidad, avizora los albores de un nuevo constitucionalismo mejorado y optimizado de una república 2.0, que este trabajo denomina el Constitucionalismo de la IA (inteligencia artificial ).

The evolution of the theory of the constitution from the Magna Carta of 1915 to the Mexican Constitution of 1917, passing through the creation of the European Union and supranationality, teach us liberal constitutionalism and social constitutionalism, all of which is the product of intense struggles in search for freedom, general well-being and to conquer individual and social rights. This legal technology together with the invention and recent technological use of Artificial Intelligence, the new fire of humanity, foresees the dawn of a new improved and optimized constitutionalism of a republic 2.0, which this work name the Constitutionalism of AI (artificial intelligence ).
