Resumen de Macondo en época de Covid-19. ¿Hasta cuándo la resiliencia colombiana?

  Este artículo analiza el contexto pandémico que se está viviendo en Colom-bia a causa de la difusión del Covid-19. Inicialmente se describen las diferentes iniciati-vas que los principales gobiernos de América Latina y el Caribe han tomado en materia de confinamiento y aislamiento social para contrarrestar la propagación del virus. Segui-damente, se aterriza sobre la realidad colombiana esgrimiendo las contradicciones entre los principios constitucionales en materia de salud y el actual sistema sanitario. La pre-sente coyuntura desnuda el inequitativo régimen tributario nacional y las tímidas inicia-tivas económicas que el Gobierno está adoptando para contener la emergencia. Final-mente, se resalta la contundente puesta en jaque del proceso de paz dada especialmente por el aumento de asesinatos de ex combatientes y de líderes sociales. Lo anterior está acompañado por la creciente presión, legal e ilegal, que los gremios neo-extractivistas están perpetrando en contra de las comunidades indígenas y afrodescendientes.

  This article analyzes the Colombian pandemic context during Covid-19 health emergency. Initially, we describe the different lockdown policies adopted by the main governments of Latin America and the Caribbean. Successively, we evidence the contradictions between the constitutional fundamental principles and the current health system. This situation reveals the inequitable national tax regime and the timid economic initiatives that the Government is taking to contain the emergency. Finally, we highlight the evident threats to the peace process given especially by the increase in the assassinations of social leaders and ex-combatants. This situation is accompanied by the growing of legal and illegal pressure that neo-extra-activist interest groups are perpetrating against indigenous and Afro-descendant communities.
