  Publication of a fragment of a red granite statue belonging to the 19th Dynasty high priest of Onuris, Minmose, in the Ägyptisches Museum und Papyrussamlung in Berlin (ÄM 24179). The statue, which describes itself as a shabti, shows Minmose as a miller of grain, which may also be understood as incense. Preliminary translations and commentaries are offered for the statue’s texts; these are developed out of unpublished work by Jacques Jean Clère, records of which are held in the Griffith Institute, Oxford. Some implications of these inscriptions for interpreting the statue’s form and context are also discussed.

  Publication d’un fragment de statue en granite rouge appartenant à Minmose, grand prêtre d’Onouris de la XIXe dynastie, et conservé à présent à l’Ägyptisches Museum und Papyrussamlung de Berlin (ÄM 24179). La statue, qui se décrit comme étant un chabti, montre Minmose en meunier de grains, lesquels peuvent également être compris comme étant de l’encens. Une traduction préliminaire des textes de la statue est proposée, assortie de commentaires ; l’initiative a été rendue possible grâce aux travaux inédits entrepris par Jacques Jean Clère, dont les archives sont conservées au Griffith Institute à Oxford. Certaines implications de ces inscriptions, quand l’on envisage l’interprétation qu’il convient de donner à la forme et au contexte qui a présidé à la réalisation de la statue, sont également discutées.

  هذا نَشْرٌ لجزء من تمثال من الجرانيت الأحمر من الأسرة التاسعة عشر يُنْسَب إلى الكاهن الأكبر لأونوريس المدعو مينموز، وهو محفوظ في المتحف المصري ببرلين (24179ÄM ). يُظْهِر التمثال، الذي يَصِف نفسه بأنه أوشبتي، مينموز على أنَّه طحان حبوب، والتي يمكن أن تُفْهَم أيضًا على أنها بخور. يَتِم تقديم ترجمات أوَّليَّة وتعليقات على نصوص التمثال، مَبْنِيَّة على أعمال غير منشورة ﻟﭼﺎك ﭼﺎن كلير، احْتُفِظَ بسجلاتها في معهد جريفث بأكسفورد. كما يَتِم مناقشة بعض الآثار المترتبة على هذه النصوص لتفسير شكل التمثال وكذلك الإِطار الذي تواجد فيه.
