  Cuando se habla de responsabilidad moral desde una perspectiva psicológica, surge un problemainterpretativo debido a una excesiva centralización en características individuales que minimizanla importancia de las contingencias del entorno. Propongo una interpretación contextual yconductual de la responsabilidad moral, cambiando el enfoque de algo centrado exclusivamenteen el individuo como objeto de discusión por el análisis de sus conductas interactuando en y conun contexto. Desde la Ciencia Contextual Conductual (CBS por sus siglas en inglés), sugiero que,para concluir que un individuo es moralmente responsable o no de un evento, se deben identificarprimero sus reglas verbales de dominio moral relacionadas con tal evento experimentado, ademásde su capacidad y su posibilidad para actuar de manera coherente con ellas. Estos elementos enconjunto conforman un contexto de responsabilidad moral, el cual debe cumplirse para asumirque cualquier conducta coherente resultante se trate de una conducta moralmente responsable. Sehacen otras propuestas específicas considerando CBS para desarrollar una perspectiva quefavorezca el aprendizaje de la responsabilidad moral de forma realista, comprensiva y justa paralas personas.

  When speaking of moral responsibility from a psychological perspective, an interpretive problem arises due to excessive centralization in individual characteristics that minimizes the importance of environmental contingencies. I propose a contextual and behavioral interpretation of moral responsibility, changing the focus from something focused exclusively on the individual as an object of discussion to the analysis of their behaviors interacting in and with a context. From Contextual Behavioral Science (CBS), I suggest that to conclude that an individual is morally responsible or not for an event, the verbal rules of the moral domain related to that event experienced must first be identified, in addition to their capacity and possibility of acting in a manner consistent with them. These elements together make up a moral responsibility context, which must be fulfilled to assume that any resulting coherent behavior is a morally responsible behavior. Other specific proposals are made considering CBS to develop a perspective that favors the learning of moral responsibility in a way that is realistic, comprehensive, and fair regarding people.
