    Este escrito abordará el desarrollo de nuevas tecnologías que por su naturaleza pueden aumentar el peligro de causar perjuicios a terceros. Así, por medio de las diferentes instituciones jurídicas desarrolladas en el ordenamiento colombiano – tanto de carácter sustancial como procesal –, que tienden al logro de una reparación integral, vinculando al proceso a quienes participaron en el desarrollo de los productos diseñados con utilización de nuevas tecnologías y la Inteligencia Artificial. Para esto, se analizará el panorama internacional de los vehículos autónomos y la tecnología existente, se presentarán brevemente los diferentes tipos de daños y su reparación integral, se estudiará la responsabilidad civil a la luz de los derechos del consumidor y por el régimen de actividades peligrosas. Por último, se profundizarán las instituciones jurídicas de derecho procesal que garantizan la prevalencia del derecho sustancial. Con base en lo anterior, poder presentar las posibilidades con las cuales cuenta quien sufrió el perjuicio para vincular a todos los llamados a responder integralmente, conforme a las circunstancias de modo, tiempo y lugar.

    This writing will address the development of new technologies that by their nature may increase the danger of causing harm to third parties. Thus, through the different legal institutions developed in the Colombian legal system – both substantive and procedural –, which tend to achieve comprehensive reparation, linking to the process those who participated in the development of products designed with the use of new technologies. and Artificial Intelligence. For this, the international panorama of autonomous vehicles and existing technology will be analyzed, the different types of damage and their comprehensive repair will be briefly presented, civil liability will be studied in light of consumer rights and the regime of dangerous activities. . Finally, the legal institutions of procedural law that guarantee the prevalence of substantial law will be deepened. Based on the foregoing, to be able to present the possibilities available to the person who suffered the damage to bind all the calls to respond fully, according to the circumstances of manner, time and place.
