Resumen de Participación y ciudadanía en las colonias marginadas

  En el presente artículo presentamos algunos primeros hallazgos realizados a través de dos experiencias del Centro de Formación Social de la Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA) León, en la colonia Lomas de Guadalupe, al norte de la ciudad: un proceso de promoción de organización autogestiva y una investigación apoyada por el Campo Estratégico de Acción en Pobreza y Exclusión del Sistema Universitario Jesuita (CEAPE-SUJ) que se encuentra en proceso, con el título de «Ciudadanía: participación y pasividad. Estudio sobre los factores que inhiben el ejercicio de la ciudadanía plena y la participación de la población en asuntos públicos».

  In this article we present some initial findings from two experiences of the Social Formation Center of the Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA) León, in the Lomas de Guadalupe neighborhood, in the north of the city: a process of promotion of self-managed organization and an investigation supported by the Strategic Field of Action on Poverty and Exclusion of the Jesuit University System (CEAPE-SUJ) which is currently in progress, with the title “Citizenship: participation and passivity. Study on the factors that inhibit the exercise of full citizenship and the participation of the population in public affairs”.
