Resumen de Análisis del Turismo Accesible en Colombia

  El turismo accesible es un tipo de turismo que pretende el pleno disfrute de las actividades turísticas por parte de toda la población. El objeto de esta investigación es analizar las variables de la práctica del turismo accesible en Colombia cuyos hallazgos muestran que tan próximo esta Colombia de llegar a ser un destino de preferencia por turismo accesible, el 69% de las ciudades del país no ofrecen productos enfocados en esta población, el 70.4%  no conoce normatividad ni protocolos basados en el servicio, el 67.3% que el destino si posee características para ser accesible, aunque muchas ciudades del país no lo ven rentable. En el turismo accesible se debe considerar la eliminación de barreras obstáculos, así mismo, el estado Colombiano debe diseñar políticas que conlleven a exigir a todas las ciudades del país como el cumplimiento obligatorio de incluir el turismo sostenible e los planes de desarrollo.

  Accessible tourism is a type of tourism that aims at the full enjoyment of tourism activities by the entire population. The purpose of this research is to analyze the variables of the practice of accessible tourism in Colombia, whose findings show how close Colombia is to becoming a preferred destination for accessible tourism, 69% of the country's cities do not offer products focused on this population, 70.4%  It does not know regulations or protocols based on the service, 67.3% that the destination does have characteristics to be accessible, although many cities in the country do not see it as profitable. In accessible tourism, the elimination of barriers and obstacles must be considered, likewise, the Colombian state must design policies that lead to requiring all cities in the country to include sustainable tourism in development plans as a mandatory compliance.
