Gestión Administrativa y el Desempeño Docente en las Instituciones Educativas de san Vicente de Cañete - 2023

    Objetivo: establecer la correlación entre gestión administrativa y “desempeño docente” en instituciones educativas de educación básica regular. Materiales y Método: corresponde a una investigación básica no experimental, diseño correlacional, se empleó cuestionarios a 70 participantes, se procesaron los datos mediante SPSS. Resultados: Se halló Rho = 0,120 muy débil entre las variables, confirmando no hay una asociación. Asimismo, se estableció en cuanto preparar sesiones llegó 1%, participar en la clase – 7.8%, y formación docente 8% en relación como administran los directivos. Conclusión: las categorías estudiadas luego ver los resultados, se confirmaron la no existencia de correlación entre ellas, debido a la apreciación sobre los gestores administrativos donde mayormente afirman que es adecuado, mientras respecto la labor de los maestros llega apreciaron como regular en el proceso de la enseñanza, los resultados no son alentadores puesto es necesario exista una vinculación eficiente y luego los aprendizajes de los estudiantes sean mejores.

    Objective: establish the correlation between administrative management and “teaching performance” in educational institutions of regular basic education. Materials and Method: corresponds to a non-experimental basic research, correlational design, questionnaires were used for 70 participants, the data were processed using SPSS. Results: Very weak Rho = 0.120 was found between the variables, confirming there is no association. Likewise, it was established that preparing sessions reached 1%, participating in class – 7.8%, and teacher training 8% in relation to how managers manage. Conclusion: the categories studied then see the results, the non-existence of correlation between them was confirmed, due to the assessment of the administrative managers where they mostly affirm that it is adequate, while regarding the work of the teachers it is appreciated as regular in the process of teaching, the results are not encouraging since it is necessary to have an efficient link and then the students' learning is better.
