Resumen de La Importancia que Tiene la Voluntad Anticipada al Convertirse un Derecho Humano para las Personas

  El objetivo de esta investigación es que se puedan reconocer los beneficios que trae consigo la aprobación de la voluntad anticipada para los enfermos terminales, toda vez que en la actualidad gracias a la tecnología existen diferentes tipos de poder prolongar la vida, en la que los médicos someten a los enfermos de tratamientos que lo mantienen vivo de una manera artificial, con un desgaste emocional y físico para dichos enfermos y familiares, no permitiéndole tener una muerte digna. A lo largo de esta investigación que será realizada de forma mixta debido a que será cualitativa y cuantitativa, la primera ya que se hace un estudio de los puntos a favor y en contra de esta problemática y la segunda porque se realizaron más de 80 encuestas a profesionistas en materia de derecho y materia de salud para que se realice una mejor retención de información y criterios enfocado al tema presente y poder llegar a un mejor criterio.

  The objective of this research is to recognize the benefits of the approval of advance directives for terminally ill patients, since nowadays, thanks to technology, there are different types of life prolongation, in which doctors subject patients to treatments that keep them alive in an artificial way, with an emotional and physical wear for the patients and their families, not allowing them to have a dignified death. Throughout this research, which will be carried out in a mixed way because it will be qualitative and quantitative, the first because a study is made of the points for and against this problem and the second because more than 80 surveys were conducted to professionals in the field of law and health in order to make a better retention of information and criteria focused on the present topic and to reach a better criterion.
