Resumen de La medicatura forense y el O. I. J. en el imaginario social

Cuando nació el Organismo Médico Forense en 1965, ya la Medicatura Forense estaba en el Ministerio de Salud desde 1949. El trabajo del Dr. Solón Núñez, era redireccionado por el del Dr. Acosta Guzmán, hacia la Corte Suprema de Justicia. El paradigma ingles del Dr. Núñez por la Medicatura Forense, se enfrentaba al paradigma alemán del Dr. Acosta por el Organismo Médico Forense, este paradigma superó al de 1949. Hubo que hacer arreglos y convenios, lo nuevo no era completo, ni perfecto, ni absoluto, pero obedecía a un imaginario social instituyente. La cooperación entre ambas instituciones se creó en los sitios donde no habían Médicos Forenses del Poder Judicial. Cuando la Medicina Legal se separe del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (O.I.J) los puentes de cooperación y amistad se sobre pondrán a las dificultades con el nuevo paradigma permitiendo avizorar los nuevos horizontes kuhnianos, en los que se recrean y refrescan las ciencias forenses.

When the Forensic Medic Organism was created in 1965, Forensic Medicature was all ready part of the Health Ministry since 1949. The work of Dr. Solon Nuñez was redirected by Dr. Acosta Guzman, to the Supreme Court of Justice. The English paradigm for Forensic Medicature, was confronted against the German paradigm of Dr. Acosta for the Forensic Medic Organism, this paradigm surpassed that of 1949. There were arrangements and agreements which had to be made, the new was not complete, nor perfect, nor absolute, but it obeyed to a social imaginary institution. The cooperation between both institutes was created in the places were Forensic Doctors from the Judicial Power were not available. When the Legal Medicine separates from the Judicial Investigative Organism (O. I. J) the bridges of cooperation and friendship will over pass the difficulties with the new paradigm permitting to visualize the new kuhnian horizons, where the forensic sciences will be recreated and refreshed.
