Se presenta un paciente hipertenso con antecedente de hepatocarcinoma resecado quirúrgicamente y con quimioterapia asociada. Cinco años después se presenta con disnea de medianos esfuerzos, cardiomegalia en la radiografía de tórax y un soplo cardíaco pandiastólico GII/IV.
We describe the case of a patient with essential hypertension and the antecedent of hepatocarcinoma treated with the combination of surgery and chemotherapy. Five years later he presents dyspnea, cardiomegaly in the chest radiography and a pandiastolic II/IV cardiac murmur.
