Resumen de e-Health as a multilevel public policy
The pandemic has highlighted how public organizations must increasingly abandon the logic of rigid attributions of competence to embrace instead the effective pursuit of public policies. In this regard, eHealth represents a particularly significant case, because it sees specific goals set by the European Union be implemented by Regions and Municipalities, while the State assumes the role of facilitator and coordinator.
