En esta edición de la Revista Derecho se presentan estudios y artículos con novedades; por una parte, se presentan temas de mucha actualidad en el ámbito jurídico nacional, uno de los cuales ha sido escrito por un estudiante de la Carrera de Ciencias Jurídicas, y por otra parte, por primera vez se incorpora un artículo de mucha relevancia en el ámbito de las relaciones internacionales.

In this edition of Revista Derecho, studies and articles with novelties are presented. On the one hand, there are topics of great relevance in the national legal field, one of which has been written by a student from the School of Legal Sciences. On the other hand, for the first time, we are including an article of great significance in the field of international relations.
