Resumen de El informe pericial probatorio de gradualidad de lesión psíquica o afectación psicológica en denuncias por violencia familiar en Lima, Perú

  Frente a la alta incidencia que se viene presentado en los despachos de las fiscalías especializadas en violencia contra las mujeres y demás miembros del grupo familiar en el distrito fiscal de Lima (Perú), común denominador de muchas otras fiscalías, los operadores de justicia no han logrado integrarlas desde una adecuada gestión y aplicación de las mismas.La investigación tuvo como objetivo investigar la incidencia que tiene el informe pericial psicológico en la determinación del daño psíquico o afectación psicológica cognitiva o conductual en las denuncias por violencia familiar, frente al alto índice de violencia suscitado en agravio de las mujeres.La metodología utilizada es de enfoque cualitativo, con un nivel de investigación de análisis temático descriptivo y revisión estructurada.La conclusión precisa que los informes psicológicos emitidos por el Centro Emergencia Mujer (CEM), en el distrito fiscal de Lima, no han cumplido con los parámetros establecidos en la Guía de Evaluación Psicológica Forense, lo que conlleva a una ineficaz determinación del daño psíquico o afectación psicológico, cognitivo y conductual en las víctimas de violencia familiar.

  Faced with the high incidence that has been presented in the offices of the specialized prosecutor’s offices for attacks against women and other members of the family group in the fiscal district of Lima - Peru, a common denominator of many other prosecutor’s offices, the justice operators have not achieved integrate them from an adequate management and application of the same.The objective of the research was to investigate the incidence of the Psychological Expert Report in the determination of psychic damage or cognitive or behavioral psychological involvement, in complaints of family violence in the fiscal district of Lima-Peru, compared to the high rate of violence caused to the detriment of women.The methodology used is basic research type, qualitative approach with a level of descriptive research and documentary review design.The conclusion states that the psychological reports issued by the Women’s Emergency Center in the fiscal district of Lima, Peru, have not complied with the parameters established in the Forensic Psychological Evaluation Guide, which leads to an ineffective determination of psychic damage or psychological affectation, cognitive, behavioral in victims of family violence.
