    Este artículo examina la situación educativa, económica, jurídica, laboral y ocupacional de los emigrantes venezolanos en los municipios de Pasto e Ipiales - Colombia. El propósito de este estudio es analizar el impacto de estas condiciones en la vida de los emigrantes venezolanos en el índice de desarrollo Humano e identificar posibles soluciones que puedan ayudarlos a mejorar sus condiciones de vida. La investigación se realizó mediante análisis sistemático de artículos científicos sobre los emigrantes venezolanos residentes en diferentes países Latinoamericanos. Los resultados muestran que existen diferencias significativas entre el nivel educativo, la situación económica, la situación legal, la situación laboral y la situación ocupacional entre los emigrantes venezolanos. Además, los hallazgos sugieren que existe la necesidad de políticas más integrales para abordar las necesidades de los emigrantes venezolanos a fin de garantizar su bienestar y una integración exitosa en las sociedades de acogida.

    This article examines the educational, economic, legal, labor and occupational situation of Venezuelan emigrants in the municipalities of Pasto and Ipiales - Colombia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of these conditions on the lives of Venezuelan emigrants on the Human Development Index and to identify possible solutions that can help them improve their living conditions. The research was carried out through a systematic analysis of scientific articles on Venezuelan emigrants residing in different Latin American countries. The results show that there are significant differences between the educational level, the economic situation, the legal situation, the employment situation and the occupational situation among Venezuelan emigrants. Additionally, the findings suggest that there is a need for more comprehensive policies to address the needs of Venezuelan migrants in order to ensure their well-being and successful integration into host societies.
