El objetivo de este trabajo es describir y comprender los contextos en que emergen las disputas por los sentidos hegemónicos de los discursos de derechos humanos. Con la llegada a la presidencia de Cambiemos (2015-2019) el sentido del discurso hasta entonces establecido comienza a ser disputado. Se sostiene que la existencia de un contexto de alta polarización política junto al posicionamiento en la agenda estatal y mediática de elementos alternativos a los que caracterizan al discurso hegemónico, se presentan como posibles factores que afectan este proceso. Para llevar adelante el objetivo propuesto, se conformó y analizó un corpus a partir de discursos de diferentes actores políticos y sociales, comunicaciones oficiales, informes de gestión y se analizaron tres hechos de relevancia en la materia

The purpose of this work is to describe and understand the contexts in which disputes emerge over the hegemonic meanings of human rights discourses. With the arrival of Cambiemos government´s (2015-2019), the meaning of the discourse established until then began to be disputed. It is argued that the existence of a context of high political polarization together with the positioning in the state and media agenda of alternative elements to those that characterize the hegemonic discourse, are presented as possible factors that affect this process. In order to carry out the proposed objective, a corpus was formed and analyzed from the speeches of different actors, official communications, management reports, and three relevant facts on the matter were analyzed
