Resumen de Teoría del cambio y marco lógico para el análisis del impacto de los derechos humanos

  Este artículo analiza y contrasta dos métodos que se emplean en las mediciones de impacto de programas e intervenciones para encauzar el cambio en una realidad social determinada: la teoría del cambio y el marco lógico. Esto nos ayuda a comprender las semejanzas y diferencias entre estos desarrollos metodológicos, además de mostrar la importancia de su estudio ante el reto de cumplir con los derechos humanos. Los dos instrumentos buscan cuantificar y conocer la dimensión de dicho impacto, mediante una revisión constante de los esfuerzos que permitan alcanzar el desarrollo humano, creando nuevos contextos de respeto y garantía de los derechos y libertades contenidas en las normas de carácter sustantivo de los derechos humanos.

  This article analyzes and contrasts two methods that are used to measure the impact of programs and interventions to bring about change in a given social reality: the Theory of Change and the Logical Framework. This helps us to understand the similar-ities and differences between these methodological develop-ments, in addition to showing the importance of their study in the face of the challenge of complying with human rights. The two instruments seek to quantify and know the dimension of said impact, through a constant review of the efforts that allow achieving human development, creating new contexts of re-spect and guarantee of the rights and freedoms contained in the substantive norms of human rights.
