    La carrera de Producción Agrícola del Instituto Superior Tecnológico Babahoyo, permitió se realice la primera fase de investigación en relación al diseño un prototipo didáctico para fortalecer el aprendizaje explícito de los estudiantes de la asignatura ecología general de la carrera Producción Agrícola, 2023. Esta investigación se desarrolló con el objetivo de conocer la importancia de la implementación de esta herramienta innovadora para mejorar la comprensión y aplicación de los conceptos claves de la ecología en ámbito agrícola. Esta investigación es de tipo cuantitativa y permite que se ahonde en el aprendizaje explicito. Para efectos de investigación se abordaron teorías como la de las metodologías emergentes y enfoques prácticos, esto con la finalidad de usar la tecnología y crear experiencias inmersivas, fomentando un aprendizaje más significativo. La investigación se volvió de carácter multidisciplinar, ya que se requirió de la experticia de docentes de las carreras, Tecnología Suprior en Desarrollo de Software, Tecnología Suprior Administración y Diseño Gráfico equivalente a Tecnología Suprior.  Para el desarrollo se pidió también la colaboración de docentes expertos en ecología general y tecnología educativa, así como la retroalimentación de los estudiantes mediante encuestas y fichas de observación. Para fortalecer el aprendizaje explícito en la asignatura ecología general, se exploró otros entornos de aprendizaje para medir esas experiencias académicas, brindando a los estudiantes las herramientas y la oportunidad de conocer su interés por querer mejorar la comprensión y aplicación de conocimientos.

    The Agricultural Production major at the Babahoyo Higher Technological Institute allowed the first phase of research to be carried out in relation to the design of a didactic prototype to strengthen the explicit learning of students in the general ecology subject of the Agricultural Production major, 2023. This research is developed with the objective of knowing the importance of the implementation of this innovative tool to improve the understanding and application of the key concepts of ecology in the agricultural field. This research is quantitative and allows explicit learning to be delved into. For research purposes, theories such as emerging methodologies and practical approaches were addressed, with the aim of using technology and creating immersive experiences, promoting more meaningful learning. The research became multidisciplinary in nature, since the expertise of teachers from the courses, Higher Technology in Software Development, Higher Technology Administration and Graphic Design equivalent to Higher Technology, was required. For the development, the collaboration of expert teachers in general ecology and educational technology was also requested, as well as feedback from students through surveys and observation sheets. To strengthen explicit learning in the general ecology subject, other learning environments were explored to measure these academic experiences, providing students with the tools and the opportunity to know their interest in wanting to improve the understanding and application of knowledge.
