Ángulos de perfil facial frente a parámetros estándar en análisis fotométrico en estudiantes de 17-18 años del Colegio Amazonas. Estudio comparativo

    Objetivo: Determinar si existe o no variación del perfil facial en los estudiantes del colegio Nacional Amazonas enfrentados a parámetros estándar mediante análisis fotométrico.  Materiales y métodos: El tipo de estudio es descriptivo, observacional ya que se trabajó con fotografías en los que participaron un total de 80 alumnos que aceptaron de manera voluntaria el estudio. Los estudiantes fueron sometidos a una fotografía de perfil de la cara a 60cm de un fondo celeste del cual cuelga una plomada. Se obtuvieron 80 fotografías por medio de la cámara Nikon D300 ubicada a 1.50m del objetivo. Las fotografías fueron encuadradas e ingresadas al programa Viewbox 4 en dónde se marcaron puntos en el perfil blando para la determinación de ángulos y así formar una base de datos para comparar. Los datos obtenidos se realizaron con la utilización de los programas Microsoft Excel y el programa estadístico SPSS el cual analizo a base del test estadístico T-Student.

    Objective: To determine whether or not there is a variation of the facial profile in the students of the National Amazon College, facing standard parameters using photometric analysis.

    Materials and methods: The type of study is descriptive, observational since we worked with photographs in which a total of 80 students participated who voluntarily accepted the study. The students were subjected to a profile photograph of the face at 60cm from a celestial background from which a plumb line hangs. 80 photos were obtained through the Nikon D300 camera located 1.50m from the lens. The photographs were framed and entered into the Viewbox 4 program where points were marked in the soft profile for the determination of angles and thus formed a database to compare. The data obtained were performed using the Microsoft Excel programs and the SPSS statistical program which was analyzed using the T-Student statistical test.

    Results: The students of 17 and 18 years of the National College of Amazonas presented the facial angle with a significance of p = 0.31; For the nasofrontal angle a p = 0.027; For the mentolabial angle with p = 0.896; The angle of projection of the upper lip to the chin with p = 0.077; The angle of projection of the lower lip to the chin with p = 0.135, the total facial angle with p = 0.314, the nasomental angle with p = 0.341; The angle of the upper lip with p = 0.934.

    Conclusion: If there is variation in the facial profile angles of the students of the Colegio Nacional Amazonas when comparing them with the standard parameters.
