  El presente trabajo se propone profundizar en las posibilidades que tienen las personas con discapacidad para desarrollarse como sujetos independientes. Con una orientación psicoanalítica se parte de la hipótesis de que tanto el contexto simbólico y la concepción de discapacidad de los seres significativos, tendrán efectos en la constitución de la subjetividad y en la trayectoria educativa y laboral.Para ello, se revisan las concepciones de la discapacidad y se desarrolla la importancia de la constitución subjetiva y de una imagen corporal en la que discapacidad no funcione como la única identificación posible.  Se da a conocer las características de Gota, un estudio de publicidad con trabajadores con discapacidad intelectual.Se comprueba que la autonomía es posible, dándose necesariamente en el marco de un lazo social habilitante de subjetividad.

  This paper aims to explore the possibilities that people with disabilities have to develop as independent subjects. With a psychoanalytic orientation, the hypothesis is that the symbolic context and the conception of disability of significant beings will have effects on the constitution of subjectivity and on the educational and work path.For this, the conceptions of disability are reviewed and the importance of the subjective constitution and of a body image, in which disability does not function as the only possible identification, is highlighted. Finally, the characteristics of Gota, an advertising study with workers with intellectual disabilities, are described.It is proved that autonomy is possible, necessarily through a social bond that enables subjectivity.
