Resumen de Caracterización del hurto callejero: Modalidades y Técnicas. Modelo formativo para la Policía Nacional de Colombia

  En este artículo se describe la tipología del hurto callejero en la localidad tres de Santa Fe, en el centro de la ciudad de Bogotá, en el parque “La Mariposa”, además de su impacto en la seguridad y la percepción del fenómeno delictivo. De acuerdo con el entorno estudiado, se evidencian diferentes aristas para contrarrestar el delito por parte de las autoridades y se propone un modelo de formación policial para perfeccionar la idoneidad del uniformado. El presente documento propone la implementación de mejoras en el diseño de asignaturas específicas en el programa académico Técnico Profesional en Servicio de Policía (TPSP) que ofrece la Dirección Nacional de Escuelas, mediante un método enmarcado en el paradigma cualitativo, en el que se describen las modalidades y técnicas del hurto. Además, se describen las características del aprendizaje en el contexto policial, evidenciando como conclusión, la pretensión de mejorar el proceso formativo del patrullero de policía.

  This article aims to address the description of the typology of street theft in the locality three of Santa Fe in the center of the city of Bogotá, in the park “the butterfly”, in addition to the impact on security and the perception of the criminal phenomenon. According to the studied environment, different edges are evidenced to counteract crime by the authorities, in addition to the description of the police training model to improve the suitability of the uniformed.
