Saberes educativos: visión ontoepistémica del personal de enfermería

    El presente trabajo tuvo por objetivo develar la implementación de los saberes educativos, desde la visión ontoepistémica en el contexto estudiantil, durante el proceso de formación del Instituto Especializado de Profesionales de la Salud; así como interpretar las estrategias educativas implementadas por el docente en enfermería. La investigación tuvo un enfoque cualitativo bajo el método fenomenológico. El estudio fue descriptivo/interpretativo. El muestreo fue opinático. La población estuvo constituida por los docentes de la sede regional Santa Ana, de dicha institución. La técnica de aprehensión fue la entrevista a profundidad. Los resultados demostraron que los docentes utilizan diferentes metodologías, de acuerdo al tema a desarrollar, y son flexibles al cambio y la innovación de las diferentes tecnologías educativas. Se concluye que, los docentes del Instituto Especializado de Profesionales de la Salud mantienen una percepción positiva acerca del uso de las nuevas tendencias educativas para fortalecer el modelo de enseñanza-aprendizaje y, a la vez, tener más resultados académicos.

    The aim of this study was to reveal the implementation of educational knowledge, from the ontoepistemic vision in the student context, during the training process of the Specialized Institute of Health Professionals; as well as to interpret the educational strategies implemented by the nursing teacher. The research had a qualitative approach under the phenomenological method. The study was descriptive/interpretative. The sampling was opinionated. The population was constituted by the teachers of the Santa Ana regional headquarters of this institution. The technique of apprehension was the in-depth interview. The results showed that teachers use different methodologies, according to the subject to be developed, and are flexible to change and innovation of different educational technologies. It is concluded that the teachers of the Instituto Especializado de Profesionales de la Salud maintain a positive perception about the use of new educational trends to strengthen the teaching-learning model and, at the same time, to have more academic results.Institute of Health Professionals maintain a positive perception about the use of new educational trends to strengthen the teaching-learning model and, at the same time, have better academic results.
