Resumen de Determinantes educativos para lograr la percepción de riesgos frente a desastres naturales

  Los determinantes educativos deben ser tan dinámicos, flexibles, que logren incorporar los cambios y avances a nivel científico, tecnológico, cultural, social, económico por la manera vertiginosa en que sucede todo tipo de proceso en la actualidad. Entre las exigencias de este proceso de investigación, se encuentra, la condición innovadora y creativa de los docentes de participar, así como la heterogeneidad caracterizada, la cual radica en que, los docentes participantes son de diferentes especialidades y con vasta experiencia, además pertenecientes al claustro de la Universidad Carlos Rafael Rodríguez de Cienfuegos. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es proponer un sistema de acciones de superación, que, mediante el contenido de gestión de riesgo en torno a los desastres naturales, conduzcan a comprender los conceptos de gestión y percepción de riesgo, cambio climático, así como las características ambientales, sociales y económicas del territorio. Se utiliza el tipo de estudio descriptivo, auxiliado por métodos del nivel teórico entre los que se destaca el analítico-sintético, abstracto-concreto, inductivo-deductivo y del nivel empírico la encuesta y la observación. El curso tiene gran importancia, por el contenido implícito acerca de los determinantes educativos que conllevan a ampliar la percepción de riesgo.

  The educational determinants must be so dynamic and flexible that they can incorporate the changes and advances at the scientific, technological, cultural, social and economic levels due to the vertiginous way in which all kinds of processes take place nowadays. Among the requirements of this research process is the innovative and creative condition of the participating teachers, as well as the heterogeneity characterized by the fact that the participating teachers are of different specialties and with vast experience, besides belonging to the faculty of the Carlos Rafael Rodriguez University of Cienfuegos. The main objective of this work is to propose a system of improvement actions, which, through the content of risk management around natural disasters, lead to understand the concepts of risk management and perception, climate change, as well as the environmental, social and economic characteristics of the territory. A descriptive type of study is used, aided by methods at the theoretical level, among which the analytical-synthetic, abstract-concrete, inductive-deductive and empirical level, the survey and observation stand out. The course is of great importance because of the implicit content about the educational determinants that lead to broaden the perception of risk.
