    La implementación del Acuerdo de Paz en Colombia ha estado rodeada de dificultades y desafíos, en particular, en lo relacionado con el Acuerdo sobre víctimas del conflicto. En este sentido, es oportuno tomar algunos elementos del camino recorrido y recoger algunas consideraciones que contribuyan a la construcción de una paz estable y duradera en el paísdesde la reparación integral a las víctimas. Este texto pretende realizar un análisis de la implementación del Acuerdo sobre Víctimas firmado entre el Gobierno de Colombia y la Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia –Ejército del Pueblo­ (Farc­EP) en el marco del Acuerdo Final, con base en informes de organismos nacionales e internacionales. La selección de estas fuentes se hace por su reconocido carácter institucional y por su trayectoria en acompañamiento y reflexión para la construcción de la paz en el mundo. Del análisis se desprende que la implementación del Acuerdo sobre víctimas, presenta avances y retos sobre la legislación para reparar integralmente a las víctimas, el fortalecimiento institucional y la financiación adecuada para el funcionamiento del Sistema Integral de Verdad, Justicia, Reparación y No Repetición (Sivjrnr).

    The implementation of the Peace Agreement in Colombia has been surrounded by difficulties and challenges, in particular, in relation to the Agreement on victims of the conflict. In this sense, it is opportune to take some elements of the road traveled and collect some considerations that contribute to the construction of a stable and lasting peace in the country from the integral reparation to the victims. This text aims to analyze the implementation of the Agreement on Victims signed between the Government of Colombia and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia ­People's Army­ (FARC­EP) within the framework of the Final Agreement, based on reports from national and international organizations. The selection of these sources is made for their recognized institutional character and for their trajectory in accompaniment and reflection for the construction of peace in the world. The analysis shows that the implementation of the Agreement on victims presents advances and challengesregarding legislation to comprehensively compensate victims, institutional strengthening and adequate financing for the operation of the Integral System of Truth, Justice, Reparation and Non­Repetition (SIVJRNR).
