    En el artículo se hacen algunos comentarios sobre cómo la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia modificó el alcance y contenido del artículo 185 del Código Civil, y exhortó a la Asamblea Nacional a que tomara en cuenta tal criterio en leyes futuras.

    This paper consists in some comments about how the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court changed the scope and content of the Article 185 of the Civil Code, and exhorted the National Assembly to take into account such criteria in future legislation.
