    Este trabajo tiene como objetivo fundamental realizar una primera aproximación a la propuesta relativa a la reducción de la jornada laboral. El estilo elegido para ello se basa en una línea macro-analítica de exposición de las principales características de la medida planteada y sobre las que el legislador debería reparar en la formulación de esta nueva medida. En adición, se ofrece un estudio crítico de la obligación empresarial de registro horario.

    The main objective of this paper is to make a first approach to the proposal on the reduction of working hours. The style chosen for this is based on a macro-analytical line of exposition of the main characteristics of the proposed measure and those which the legislator should consider in the formulation of this new measure. In addition, a critical study is offered of the employer’s obligation to record working hours
