    En la actualidad se hace un uso intensivo de internet y de todas las herramientas que este es capaz de ofrecer. De esta forma podemos observar que la mayoría de los ciudadanos ya acostumbran, en el ámbito profesional o personal, al uso y la gestión de sus bienes digitales. Este trabajo se centrará en tratar de dilucidar qué ocurre con el destino de dichos bienes tras la muerte de su titular. Por ello, analizaremos el régimen jurídico de esta particularidad del derecho sucesorio, así como los sujetos legitimados para acceder y gestionar este tipo de bienes y las instrucciones que puede otorgar el finado respecto a los mismos.

    Nowadays, intensive use is made of the Internet and all the tools it can offer. In this way, we can observe that most citizens are already accustomed, in the professional or personal sphere, to the use and management of their digital assets. This paper will focus on trying to elucidate what happens to the fate of such assets after the death of their owner. For this reason, we will analyse the legal regime of this particular feature of inheritance law, as well as the parties entitled to access and manage this type of assets and the instructions that the deceased may give regarding them.
