La Agricultura de Proximidad a la Ciudad (APC) es la actividad agrícola que se desarrolla en espacios cercanos a las ciudades. Su caracterización supone el abordaje de un complejo socio-productivo. El objetivo de este trabajo es explicar comparativamente divergencias vinculadas a las trayectorias de la APC en dos casos de estudio: la Región Alimentaria de Córdoba (Argentina) y La Vega de Granada (España). La metodología se realizó en dos partes: revisión bibliográfica y trabajo de campo. Se visitaron las áreas de estudio y se realizaron 23 entrevistas basadas en un guion. Se analizaron diferentes aspectos para cada zona: características generales, ocupación histórica del territorio, modelos y sistemas productivos actuales. Se concluye sobre las divergencias observadas entre ambos territorios originadas a partir de procesos de transición agrario-urbana y sobre desafíos pendientes para la agricultura de proximidad a estas dos ciudades.

The Agriculture of Proximity to the City (APC) is the agriculture activity that occurs in spaces near the cities. Its characterization implies the boarding of a social-productive complex. The objective of this article is to explain comparatively divergences linked to the trajectories of the APC of two cases in study: The Córdoba´s food region (Argentine) and The Vega of Granada (Spain). The methodology was carried out in two parts: bibliographic review and field work. Study areas were visited and were did 23 interviews based on a script. Aspects for each zone were analyzed: general characteristics, historical occupation of the territory, models and current productive systems. The conclusion was about the divergences observed between both territories originated from agrarian-urban transition processes and on pending challenges for agriculture of proximity to these two cities.
