    La posesión no es sólo un hecho, sino también una institución jurídica que nace y se regula por las leyes de la física. Esta afirmación permite identificar posesión con dominio. Ambos, sin embargo, son y pertenecen a esferas diferentes: la posesión a la órbita de la ley natural y el dominio a la órbita de la ley civil.

    Possession is not only a fact, but also a legal institution that is born and regulated by the laws of physics. This statement makes it possible to identify possession with domain. Both, however, are and belong to different spheres: the possession to the orbit of natural law and the domain to the orbit of civil law.
