La gestión social del riesgo en Mayabeque: Una experiencia en la capacitación de oficiales del MININT

    A partir de las necesidades de capacitación propuestas a la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Humanísticas (FCSH) de la Universidad Agraria de La Habana (UNAH), Cuba, por parte del personal del Ministerio del Interior (MININT) provincial de Mayabeque en cuanto a las temáticas del logro de una efectiva Gestión Social del Riesgo (GSR), se decidió crear un Convenio de Colaboración y Capacitación MININT-UNIVERSIDAD, a través del cual se suplieran estas necesidades. En consonancia con esto la FCSH después de realizar previas investigaciones ha diseñado diecinueve cursos de postgrado y/o capacitación, de los cuales se han implementado siete hasta el momentoLos mismos tuvieron favorables resultados, lo cual se refleja en el transcurso de la investigación a raíz de la implementación de métodos y técnicas de investigación con énfasis en el empleo del método Matemático Estadístico, el cual sirvió para además de exponer los porcentajes de asistencia y matrícula, para conocer datos descriptivos con respecto a los cursos, hacer inferencias estadísticas y para la realización de una prueba de hipótesis para demostrar si la efectiva GSR depende o no de la Capacitación del personal del MININT en estos menesteres.

    Starting from the training necessities proposed to the Ability of Social and Humanistic Sciences (ASHS) of the Agrarian University of Havana (AUNH), Cuba, for part of the personnel of the Ministry of the Interior (MININT) provincial of Mayabeque as for the thematic of the achievement of an effective Social Administration of the Risk (SAR), it was decided to create an Agreement of Collaboration and Training MININT-UNIVERSITY, through which these necessities were replaced. In consonance with this the ASHS after carrying out previous investigations it has designed nineteen courses of graduate degree and/or training, of which seven have been implemented until the moment. The same ones had favorable results, that which is reflected in the course of the investigation soon after the implementation of methods and technical of investigation with emphasis in the employment of the Statistical Mathematical method, which served stops besides exposing the percentages of attendance and registration, to know descriptive data with regard to the courses, to make statistical inferences and for the realization of hypothesis tests to demonstrate if the effective SAR depends or not of the Training of the personnel of the MININT in these tools.
