Resumen de Líneas estratégicas en los Planes de Actuación de la inspección educativa

Los Planes de Actuación de la Inspección Educativa en España parten tradicionalmente de líneas estratégicas o prioritarias que marcan los objetivos educativos y en consecuencia sus actuaciones para un tiempo determinado. El objeto de este artículo es comprobar la relación existente entre las necesidades del sistema educativo, las líneas prioritarias de las consejerías o departamentos de educación y su traducción en los Planes Generales de Actuación de la Inspección Educativa. A partir de la comparación de estas líneas estratégicas, presentes en una muestra de Planes de Actuación, y de su relación con el resto de los elementos de estos planes, se deducen características comunes y se analizan las implicaciones sobre la organización y funcionamiento de la Inspección Educativa. Finalmente se extraen conclusiones para una mayor coherencia entre las metas establecidas y los medios para su consecución.

The Action Plans of the educational Inspection in Spain traditionally start from strategic or priority lines that establish the educational objectives and consequently their actions for a specific time.The aim of this article is to verify the relationship between the needs of the education system, the priority lines of the departments of education and their translation into the General Action Plans of the Educational Inspection.Common characteristics are deduced and the implications on the organization and operation of the educational inspection from the comparison of the strategic lines present in a sample of Action Plans of the Education Inspection in Spain and their relationship with the rest of the elements of these plans. Finally, conclusions are drawn for more coherence between the established goals and the means to achieve them.
