Aquesta recerca ens mostra diferents percepcions i experiències viscudes per persones amb problemàtiques residencials, sobre l’acompanyament professional que han rebut per part de les treballadores socials del sistema de serveis socials, en els municipis de Cerdanyola del Vallès i Ripollet (Barcelona).
S’ha plantejat una recerca qualitativa. Per fer-ho, s’ha treballat amb persones usuàries del sistema de serveis socials que han tingut problemes d’habitatge i formen part del col·lectiu PAH Ripollet-Cerdanyola.
El treball empíric ha permès conèixer la feina duta a terme per les treballadores socials del sistema de serveis socials en matèria d’habitatge en aquests dos municipis. També s’han reflectit propostes de millora per a la funció que exerceixen aquestes professionals sota la perspectiva del treball social crític.
This research shows us various perceptions and experiences of individuals facing housing issues when it comes to the professional support they have received from social workers within the social services system.
It does so specifically for the towns of Cerdanyola del Vallès and Ripollet (Barcelona).
A qualitative research project has been proposed. To this end, we have worked alongside users of the social services system experiencing housing problems who are part of the PAH Ripollet-Cerdanyola (mortgage victim platform) collective.
This empirical project has allowed us to become acquainted with both the negative and the positive practices experienced by these individuals from social workers in offices within the social services system.
Proposals for improving the role performed by these professionals have also been set out within the perspective of critical social work.
