Resumen de Infancias maléficas: la reconfiguración del canon fantástico a través del niño como tropo narrativo

  Las figuras clásicas del canon fantástico han consolidado una serie de características fundamentales que las definen tanto desde lo estético como desde lo narrativo, pasando por lo ético. Esa aparente estabilidad se puede ver alterada cuando dichas figuras son presentadas bajo una forma infantil. El presente artículo quiere poner de manifiesto esa reconfiguración, a través de cuatro figuras emblemáticas de ese canon (el demonio, el licántropo, el monstruo de Frankenstein y el vampiro), y de sus correspondientes apariciones, de apariencia infantil, en un grupo de formas expresivas interesante por su variedad y pluralidad: un cómic manga, una serie de una plataforma de streaming, un videojuego y una película europea de terror.

  Classic figures in fantastic canon have consolidated several basic features which define their aesthetics, their narrative and their ethics. This apparent stability can be changed when these figures are shown as childish form. This paper aims to describe that reconfiguration, by a methodology based on structural semiotics, cultural studies and intermedial studies, through four emblematic figures of that canon (the demon, the werewolf, the Monster of Frankenstein and the vampire), and their correspondent appearance, in a childish look, in several expressive works, which are interesting because of their variety and plurality: a manga comic, a series from a streaming platform, a videogame and an European horror film.
