Las familias. Preparación para el tratamiento a la crisis de los tres años

    La reafirmación del papel protagónico de las familias en la educación y desarrollo de sus hijos, requiere de la necesaria preparación consecuente y sistemática, a partir de sus saberes, y de objetividad en las formas de trabajo utilizadas en las instituciones educativas de la Primera Infancia. La experiencia de las autoras, unido a un estudio realizado en las instituciones educativas del municipio Las Tunas, permitió revelar una problemática relacionada con el conocimiento de las familias sobre el tratamiento a la crisis de los tres años en los niños, lo que limita un accionar adecuado en esta etapa de formación y desarrollo de sus hijos. Como propuesta de solución se elaboró una alternativa pedagógica dirigida a su preparación, contenida en diferentes vías: talleres de reflexión, actividad pedagógica conjunta, y biblioteca de orientación familiar. En la investigación se utilizaron métodos del nivel teórico: inductivo- deductivo, analítico- sintético y la modelación; del nivel empírico: análisis documental, observación, entrevista y encuesta que favorecieron un acercamiento a la situación objetiva de las familias que formó parte de la muestra. Se constató la transformación y una diferente interacción entre educadoras y familias en la labor educativa de los niños.

    The reaffirmation of the leading role of families in the education and development of their children requires the necessary consistent and systematic preparation, based on their knowledge, and objectivity in the forms of work used in educational institutions for Early Childhood. The experience of the authors, together with a study carried out in the educational institutions of the municipality of Las Tunas, revealed a problem related to the knowledge of families about the treatment of the crisis of three years in children, which limits an adequate action in this stage of formation and development of their children. As a solution proposal, a pedagogical alternative was elaborated aimed at its preparation, contained in different ways: reflection workshops, joint pedagogical activity, and family orientation library. In the research, methods of the theoretical level were used: inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic and modeling; of the empirical level: documentary analysis, observation, interview and survey that favored an approach to the objective situation of the families that were part of the sample. The transformation and a different interaction between educators and families in the educational work of children was verified.
