  Expondremos el caso de una adolescente de 15 años, autónoma y con antecedentes de asma, que acude a urgencias del Hospital General por cuadro de cefalea intensa desde el día anterior.

  La paciente horas previas a acudir a urgencias presenta cuadro con vómitos y síncope.

  Durante el ingreso en urgencias, la paciente manifiesta síntomas de dolor con fotofobia e inestabilidad, realizándose la valoración por parte de enfermería de las catorce necesidades básicas de Virginia Henderson junto con identificación y desarrollo de diagnóstico NANDA, NIC y NOC.

  We will present the case of a 15-year-old adolescent, self-employed and with a history of asthma, who went to the emergency room of the General Hospital due to a severe headache the previous day.

  Hours before going to the emergency room, the patient presented with vomiting and syncope.

  During admission to the emergency room, the patient manifests symptoms of pain with photophobia and instability, and the nursing assessment of Virginia Henderson’s fourteen basic needs is carried out along with identification and development of NANDA, NIC and NOC diagnoses.
