La llegada de los judíos de Hungría a Uruguay se produjo entre los años 1920 y 1957. En este estudio nos focalizamos únicamente en analizar las vivencias tanto en Hungría como en Uruguay de quienes llegaron durante y después de la Shoá, Es decir, de quienes sufrieron la persecución y el intento de exterminio por el hecho de ser judíos y de quienes sobrevivieron a este.

The arrival of Jews from Hungary to Uruguay occurred between 1920 and 1957. In this study we focus only on analyzing the experiences both in Hungary and in Uruguay of those who arrived during and after the Shoa. That is, of those who suffered persecution and attempted extermination for being Jews and of those who survived it.
