Resumen de I criteri decisionali per l'approvazione di un atto normativo nell'Unione Europea, nella Comunità Andina e nelle "altre" organizzazioni regionali

The present paper aims to investigate —by using an inductivemethod— the legal instruments with which regionalorganizations endowed with political and economiccompetences and operating in different geographic areas try toachieve their own institutional objectives, on the assumptionthat a close relationship of consistency exists between the typeof organization, the type of act and the type of decisionmaking process. The voting procedures provided for in thevarious organizational typologies will therefore be analyzed,with particular attention to those of the EU and the CAN, although there will also be references to “other” regionalorganizations.

Il presente contributo intende procedere, con metodoinduttivo, all’analisi degli strumenti giuridici con cui leorganizzazioni regionali con competenze politico-economichee attive in diversi contesti geografici operano per conseguiregli obbiettivi istituzionali, sul presupposto che sussiste unostretto rapporto di coerenza fra tipologia dell’organizzazione,tipologia dell’atto e tipologia del processo decisionale. Sianalizzeranno, pertanto, le procedure di voto previste nellediverse tipologie organizzative, con particolare attenzione aquelle dell’UE e della CAN, anche se non mancheranno iriferimenti altresì ad “altre” fattispecie.
