Resumen de Diseño de prototipo de vivienda de interés social para satisfacer las necesidades

  La investigación realizada consistió en un análisis de las necesidades sociales de la población, con respecto al problema del déficit habitacional y la calidad de vivienda existente dentro del Cantón Tosagua - Provincia de Manabí., cuyo objetivo es Diseñar un prototipo de vivienda de interés social como alternativa para atender las necesidades de los usuarios.  La investigación desarrollada fue metódica utilizada para el análisis y planteamiento de un prototipo de vivienda de interés social como alternativa para atender las necesidades de los usuarios, y la investigación de campo que permite utilizar técnicas de recopilación de datos a través de encuestas, permitiendo identificar criterios de la aceptación al diseño de la vivienda social y si aceptarían habitar dicha vivienda.

  Esta metodología investigativa fue ejecutada de modo que se encuestó a los habitantes de la provincia, la calidad de sus viviendas y el grado de afectación que traen consigo debido a problemas estructurales o climatológicos de la región. El segundo apartado de la investigación se basó en un análisis de vivienda con respecto a los factores de habitabilidad propuestos en la bibliografía y se evalúo el grado de cumplimiento del mismo con el objetivo de verificar las conformidades de la vivienda diseñada. El diseño del prototipo de la vivienda propuesta se estableció en los planos arquitectónico, con un grado de cumplimiento ajustado al de una vivienda continua.

  The investigation carried out consisted of an analysis of the social needs of the population, with respect to the problem of the housing deficit and the quality of existing housing within the Tosagua Canton - Manabí Province, whose objective is to design a prototype of social interest housing as alternative to meet the needs of users. The research carried out was methodically used for the analysis and approach of a social interest housing prototype as an alternative to meet the needs of users, and field research that allows the use of data collection techniques through surveys, identifying criteria of the acceptance of the design of social housing and if they would accept to inhabit said housing.

  This investigative methodology was executed so that the inhabitants of the province were found, the quality of their homes and the degree of affectation they bring with them due to structural or climatological problems in the region. The second section of the investigation was based on a housing analysis with respect to the habitability factors proposed in the bibliography and the degree of compliance with it was evaluated with the objective of verifying the conformity of the designed housing. The design of the prototype of the proposed house is established in the architectural plans, with a degree of compliance adjusted to that of a continuous house.
