Resumen de Clima del aula y desempeño laboral de los docentes de la Unidad Educativa “13 de Octubre”, Ecuador, 2021

La presente investigación titulada “clima del aula y desempeño laboral de la Unidad Educativa 13 de Octubre, Ecuador, 2021” tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre clima del aula y desempeño laboral de la Unidad educativa 13 de Octubre. La investigación planteó la hipótesis que afirmaba que el clima de aula se relaciona significativamente en el desempeño laboral de la Unidad Educativa “13 de Octubre”, Ecuador, 2021. La muestra estuvo constituida por 50 docentes de la Unidad Educativa 13 de Octubre. El estudio es no experimental, con un diseño correlacional asociativo, con una metodología de tipo básica cuantitativo, la muestra estuvo constituida por 50 docentes de la Unidad Educativa 13 de Octubre. Se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta, se realizó la validación de dos cuestionarios conformado de 60 ítems con respuestas de escala ordinal. Además, se utilizó el software SPSS estadístico versión 22 gratis. Que sirvió para procesar la información. Los resultados obtenidos en la (tabla 6) evidenciaron que de acuerdo a los valores de sig. 0,000 y rho de Spearman 0,605 alcanzados, por lo tanto, se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se aprueba la hipótesis de la investigación. En conclusión, se permite afirmar que existe una relación significativa entre el clima del aula y desempeño laboral de la Unidad Educativa 13 de Octubre, Ecuador, 2021.

The current entitlid research entitled “classroom environment and work performance at 13 de Octubre high school, Ecuador, 2021” had as objective to determine the relationship between classroom climate and work performance of the 13 de Octubre high school. The research put forward the hypothesis that affirmed that the classroom environment is significantly related to the work performance of the Educational Unit “Octubre 13”, Ecuador, 2021. The simple consisted of 50 teachers from the 13 de Octubre hogh School.
The study is non-experimental, with an assoclative correlational design, with a basic a basic quantitative methodology, the survey technique was applied, and the validation of two questionnaires made up of 60 items with ordinal scale responses was carried out, in addition, SPSS statistic versión 22 free software was used. It was used to process the information.
The results obtained in (table 6) showed that according to the values of sig. 0.000 and Spearman's rho 0.605 reached. Therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected and the researcht hypothesis is approved. In conclusion, it is allowed to affirm that there is a significant relationship between the classroom environment and work performance of the 13 de Octubre hig scool, Ecuador, 2021.
