    La inmigración anglocaribeña constituye un acontecimiento en la historia de Cuba por las evidentes repercusiones en el ámbito sociocultural. De ahí, la necesidad del presente estudio que investiga sobre ¿Cómo ha influido Haití y Jamaica en la cocina tradicional de Cuba? Teniendo como objetivo general: determinar la influencia de Haití y Jamaica en la cocina tradicional de Cuba. Sustentándose el estudio en el método etnográfico y en técnicas de las metodologías cualitativa y cuantitativa.

    The immigration anglocaribeña constitutes an event in the history of Cuba for the evident repercussions in the sociocultural environment. Of there, the necessity of the present study that he/she investigates it has influenced Haiti and Jamaica in the traditional kitchen of Cuba on How? Having as general objective: to determine the influence of Haiti and Jamaica in the traditional kitchen of Cuba. Being sustained the study in the method etnográfico and in technical of the qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
